Cinnamon Maple Butter

This is a guest favorite. It’s wonderful on toast, pancakes, waffles or French toast. It also freezes well, so we make it in large batches and thaw as needed.

  • 8 oz softened butter (two sticks)
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Place everything except the vanilla in a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer for 3-5 minutes, until light and fluffy, add vanilla and mix thoroughly. Store the in the refrigerator or freeze.
