Breakfast Tables
We provide comfortable lodging & delicious breakfast in Anchorage Alaska. Let us be your home away from home. The outside of our B&B has a large wrap around deck that is equipped with a table and chairs for our guests to relax in the midnight sun. People often enjoy the morning or evening air while sitting on the deck. If a moose wanders onto the property remember it is a wild animal. Stay clear and do not feed it. In a clear double standard, we provide peanuts for feeding Rocky our local Squirrel, you might see him on the deck at breakfast time.
Living Room for Lounging
The guest living room area has a beautiful vaulted ceiling, large windows, and is nice and open, yet cozy. Travelers or members of a traveling group that aren’t participating in outdoor adventures or sightseeing can choose to read, catch up on correspondence, or just relax.
Downstairs Kitchen For Guest Use
Our bed and breakfast has two kitchens. The downstairs kitchen is the primarily set up for guest to use. It is fully equipped to handle all of the cooking needs of any traveler or group of guests lodging with us. This feature has been very popular at our bed and breakfast because some guests like to prepare their own food to their personal liking. People traveling with special diets have benefited from this set up also. Eating out in Anchorage, Alaska can be expensive and this is a good way to save money while traveling. There is a grocery store located at the corner of Jewel Lake Road and Dimond Blvd. which is located near the B&B. The ability to use full kitchen privileges has been beneficial to many guests and groups staying with us.
Sometimes even the most adventurous traveler needs some downtime, if you use TV to do that, you’ll appreciate that we have set up all the TVs with programmable TIVOs, you can set it to record your favorite show while you’re here and pause and fast forward live TV.
We have a strong focus on providing a GREEN Business.
We have implemented a water and energy conservation program, and use all Fragrance-Free and Toxin-Free products in the B&B.
